We’re so excited to send your new squishy toy your way and can’t wait for it to melt your heart. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order:


🧁 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Since some of our squishies are handmade (especially our imitation cream designs), please allow an extra 1-2 days for items to fully dry before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number right away!

💌 Please note: During holidays or new product launches, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience and love!


🍯 Shipping Time

We ship worldwide via reliable international logistics partners! 🛫

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies slightly by destination and customs processing times).
⏰ Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unexpected events outside our control. Business days do NOT include weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.


If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we cannot offer a refund for the order or original shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding!

We offer tiered standard shipping rates based on your order subtotal:
  • Orders under $29.98: Standard Shipping - $6.99
  • Orders $29.99–$59.98: Standard Shipping - $8.99
  • Orders $59.99 and above: FREE Standard Shipping 🎁
💡 Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprises!


✨ Expedited Shipping

If you need expedited or urgent shipping, please contact us at mhmsquishy@gmail.com with your order details and location, and we’ll do our best to assist you!


🎀 Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a tracking email with a link to follow your squishy’s journey!
You can also track your order anytime on our dedicated Order Tracking page.

📦 Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and country) before submitting your order.
If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship it for you, but additional shipping fees will apply.


🍓 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up after the estimated delivery time:

  2. Include your order number and tracking information (if available)

    We’ll work directly with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and make it right for you!
