🧁 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

💌 How to Request a Return

Email us at mhmsquishy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
Our support team will confirm your request within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund.

🎀 Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🍯 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange your squishy for the same item, send us an email at mhmsquishy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
For damaged items, we’ll cover the replacement or refund shipping fees.

🌷 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or opened squishies
Items not in their original packaging
Gift cards or digital downloads
